随着电力行业的不断发展,变压器的安全与稳定愈发重要.为满足变压器油中C2H2 的在线监测需要,选取 1532 nm的分布式半导体激光器与 12 m光程怀特池,研制了基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术与波长调制技术的变压器油中C2H2 在线监测装置,实现了油中溶解C2H2 分离、气体检测、结果分析等功能,测量周期约为25 min,测试过程无损样本.该装置检测精准快速,无需人工操作,可为变压器提供实时的安全参考意见.
With the continuous development of the power industry,the safety and stability of transformers are becoming increasingly important.In order to meet the needs of online monitoring of C2H2 in transformer oil,a 1532 nm distributed semiconductor laser and a 12 m optical path White cell were selected to develop an online monitoring device for C2H2 in transformer oil based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy and wavelength modulation technology.It has achieved functions such as separation of dissolved C2H2 in oil,gas detection,and result analysis.The measurement cycle is about 25 minutes,and the testing process involves non-destructive samples.The device detects accurately and quickly,without the need for manual operation,and can provide real-time safety reference opinions for transformers.
