文章介绍了一起通过油中溶解气体分析发现的110 kV变压器高压套管受潮缺陷的案例.根据变压器油化试验、停电高压试验、外观及解体检查情况综合分析判断出缺陷发生的部分及原因.对由于套管顶部注油孔螺栓未安装胶垫,密封不严,导致潮气入侵导致的套管绝缘受潮缺陷,提出检修建议,为此后处理同类缺陷积累宝贵经验.
This paper introduces a moisture defect of a 110 kV transformer Bushing found by dissolved gases analysis(DGA).Based on the comprehensive analysis of the DGA,a variety of diagnostic tests and the disintegration of the equipment,the main cause has been identified.Solutions and preventive methods have been proposed,which have a practical significance to the safe operation of the transformer.
