摘要
高压开关柜是电力设备的重要组成部分,由于高压开关柜在长期运行过程中受到环境的温度、湿度以及电力设备的材质性质、电动力产生的震动等因素的影响.为保障高压开关柜安全稳定运行,采用"在线监测+带电检测"双模式监测,将在线状态监测与局部放电检测有效结合,通过温度、湿度、风机在线监测实现对高压开关柜运行状态实时监测,采用暂态地电压检测与超声波检测实现高压开关柜局部放电检测,有效预防开关柜过热或凝露情况,及时发现电气设备潜在隐患及变化趋势,有效降低开关柜故障率.
Abstract
High voltage switchgear is an important component of power equipment.During long-term operation,high-voltage switchgear is affected by factors such as environmental temperature,humidity,material properties of power equipment,and vibrations generated by electrical forces.To ensure the safe and stable operation of high-voltage switchgear,this article adopts a dual mode monitoring system of"online monitoring+live detection",which effectively combines online status monitoring with partial discharge detection.Real time monitoring of the operating status of high-voltage switchgear is achieved through online monitoring of temperature,humidity,and fan.Transient ground voltage detection(TEV)and ultrasonic detection(AE)are used to achieve partial discharge detection of high-voltage switchgear,effectively prevent overheating or condensation of switchgear,promptly identify potential hazards and trends in electrical equipment,and effectively reduce the failure rate of switchgear.
