摘要
U型挂环是用来将杆塔、导线、绝缘子组装在一起的连接金具.输电线路运行过程中,U型挂环腐蚀、磨损及断裂等问题时有发生,断裂问题直接威胁输电线路的安全稳定运行,因此,加强U型挂环断裂原因分析尤为重要.文章对某500 kV线路U型挂环断裂原因进行了分析,提出了相应的治理防范建议,为类似事件的分析与处理提供参考.
Abstract
U-shaped hanging ring is a type of connecting hardware used to assemble towers,conductors,and insulators together.In the process of transmission line operation,problems such as U-ring corrosion,wear and fracture often occur,and the fracture problem directly threatens the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the analysis of U-ring fracture causes.In this paper,the causes of U-ring fracture of a 500 kV transmission line are analyzed,and the corresponding prevention suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the analysis and treatment of similar events.
