摘要
设备巡视是保证设备正常运行的重要手段之一,通过设备巡视可以及时发现设备隐患,避免设备故障,延长设备使用寿命.但是目前设备巡视存在巡视时间长、不能及时记录、记录不准确等问题,为解决该问题,提出了二维码电子录入方法来提高巡视效率,该方法大大提高了巡视质量,降低了巡视成本.
Abstract
Equipment inspection is one of the important means to ensure the normal operation of equipment.Through equipment inspection,hidden dangers can be timely discovered,equipment failures can be avoided,and equipment service life can be extended.However,there are currently issues with equipment inspection such as long inspection time,inability to record in a timely manner,and inaccurate recording.To address this issue,a two-dimensional code electronic input method has been proposed to improve inspection efficiency.This method greatly improves inspection quality and reduces inspection costs.
