摘要
城市小区供电面向千家万户,是电力服务的"最后一公里",由于历史客观原因、设备老化等,薄弱环节易演化成"风险源".文章结合国家相关政策法规,从责任界面、投资主体、监督管理以及新型设施发展等方面,深入分析了城市小区供电风险的现状和趋势,研判对电网安全造成的影响.从管理和技术两个层面提出了系统性应对措施和有关建议,进一步提升风险防控和应对能力,保证供电安全.
Abstract
Urban community power supply for thousands of households,is the"last kilometer"of power service,due to historical objective,equipment aging and other reasons,the weak link is easy to evolve into a"risk source".Based on relevant national policies and regulations,this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of power supply risk in urban communities from the aspects of responsibility interface,investment subject,supervision and management,and development of new facilities,and analyzes the impact on power grid security.Systemic response measures and relevant suggestions were put forward from the management and technical levels to further improve risk prevention and control and response capabilities and ensure the safety of power supply.
