摘要

分析了一起500 kV线路冰害故障跳闸事件.寒潮导致温度急剧下降,雨雪冰冻使线路快速结冰;随后受暖湿气流影响,短时间内温度快速回升,出现不均匀脱冰跳跃导致相间安全距离不足,引起相间故障.检修人员巡检消缺后,通过线路抗冰改造、加强极端天气预警、提高应急抢修能力等措施,降低极端天气对运行线路的影响,提高运行线路的安全水平.

Abstract

An ice damage fault trip event of 500 kV line is analyzed.The cold wave causes the temperature to drop sharply,and the rain and snow freezing causes the line to freeze rapidly;Then,affected by the warm and humid air flow,the temperature rose rapidly in a short time,and the uneven de-icing and jumping of the conductor led to the insufficient safety distance between phases,resulting in the interphase fault.After patrol inspection and defect elimination,the maintenance personnel will reduce the impact of extreme weather on the operation line and improve the safety level of the operation line through measures such as anti-ice transformation of the line,strengthening the extreme weather warning,and improving the emergency repair ability.
