大量分布式光伏接入中低压电网,给中低压电网带来反向重过载和电压越限等问题,为解决该问题,沂水县供电公司以电能质量监测为基础,建成"交直流汇集、单多户逆变、公专变升压、一多点并网"+配套储能系列示范工程,以寺前官庄分布式光伏整村开发为试点,开展电能质量治理.为解决低压并网分布式光伏带来的电压频繁越限问题,提出控制策略,开发调节控制程序,完成台区融合终端+有载调压变压器+智能电容+逆变器的电能质量区域自治试点,建成基于"整村+光伏+储能"分布式光伏柔性控制和电能质量区域自治示范工程.
A lot of distributed photovoltaics are connected to the medium and low voltage power grid,which brings heavy overload of distribution transformers and Voltage over-limit problems.To solve this problem,Carry out comprehensive analysis and research on power quality of distributed photovoltaic,Set up a series of demonstration projects of AC/DC convergence,single multi-household inverter,Public/specialized transformer boosting,Single point/Multipoint grid connection,and supporting energy storage.With the Overall development of distributed photovoltaic in Si Qian Guan Zhuang village as a pilot project,carry out power quality management,and Simultane-ously supporting the construction of low-voltage energy storage,Which is used for realizing smooth power regulation of the power station.In order to solve the problem of frequent voltage exceeding the limit caused by Low voltage grid-connected distributed photovoltaic,proposed control strategies,developed regulation control procedures,completed the power quality regional autonomous pilot of integrated terminal in the distribution network,power transformer with OLTC,smart capacitor,and inverter,built a flexible control of distributed photovoltaic system and Regional autonomy of power quality demonstration project based on"whole village+photovoltaics+energy storage"strategy.
