摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展,配电网建设力度加大,线路迁改或用户改接工程越来越多.文章探讨了配电网架空线路综合不停电检修模式,分析旁路作业与不同线路合环并网的典型场景,运用软件Matlab/Simulink对综合不停电作业下合环解环时的电气暂态特性开展仿真分析,明确在各种工况下开展合解环操作时须采取安全技术措施.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the social economy,the construction of distribution networks has increased,and there are more and more projects for line reconfiguration.The paper explores the uninterrupted maintenance mode of overhead power lines in distribution networks,analyzes typical scenarios of bypass operation and different line loop connection.Matlab/Simulink is used to simulate and analyze the electrical transient characteristics during loop closing and loop breaking under uninterrupted operation.The paper clarifies that safety technical measures must be taken when performing loop closing and breaking operations under various working conditions.
