总结了输电线路施工、停电检修、近电作业、带电作业中容易发生登杆触电、短路放电的常见情况,并对其提出相应的应对策略.

Abstract

This paper summarizes the common situations of pole shock and short-circuit discharge in transmission line construction,power outage and maintenance,near-electricity operation and live line operation,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
