沥青路面坑槽修补材料特性及评价标准

为了建立合理的坑槽修补材料评价方法,选择性能优良且适合特定环境的修补材料.通过叶片阻力试验、水煮试验、滚动筛试验、马歇尔稳定度试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲蠕变试验和冻融劈裂试验来测试修补料的施工性能和路用性能,并对修补料的评价标准进行修订.基于试验结果,建议修补料的黏附等级、滚动筛残留率和水稳定性分别不小于 4 级、60%和 75%.并且,热补料的动稳定度和最大弯曲应变应分别不小于 800 次·mm-1 和2 300 με,冷补料应不小于 600 次·mm-1和 900 με.在施工和易性方面,对于不可储存类的修补料建议现场拌制,并在制备后 30 min内尽快完成修补施工作业,拌和扭矩需要小于 40N·m.此外,水泥-乳化沥青和环氧树脂冷补料的初始强度较高,高温稳定性好,可以实现快速修补的目的,建议初始稳定度不小于 2 kN.
Characteristics and evaluation standards of asphalt pavement pit repair materials
In order to establish a reasonable evaluation method of pit repair materials,which can be used to select repair materials with excellent performance and suitable for specific environment.The construction performance and road performance of the repair material were tested by blade resistance test,boiling test,rolling screen test,Marshall stability test,rutting test,low-temperature bending creep test and freeze-thaw split test,which were used to revise the evaluation standard of the repair material.The results showed that the adhesion grade,residual rate of rolling screen and water stability of the repair material should not be less than Grade 4,60%and 75%,respectively.The dynamic stability and maximum bending strain of hot repair material should not be less than 800 times·mm-1 and 2 300 με,respectively.And cold repair material should not be less than 600 times·mm-1 and 900 με.In terms of construction and ease,for non-storable repair materials,it is recommended to mix on site and complete the repair work as soon as possible within 30 min after preparation,and the mixing torque needs to be less than 40 N·m.In addition,the cold pit materials of cement emulsified asphalt and epoxy resin have high initial strength and high-temperature stability,which can achieve the purpose of rapid repair.It is recommended that the initial stability should not be less than 2 kN.
