A wideband wide incidence angle line-circular polarization converter was proposed based on an all-dielectric design in this study. It was formed by the vertical combination of two pieces of dielectric material in the x and y directions.By individually bending the two blocks of dielectric materials, the lateral and longitudinal dimensions of the circular polarizer were effectively reduced, making the proposed structure more compact.Simultaneously, the perpendicular configuration enhanced the stability of the incident angles. To validate the feasibility of the proposed method and structure,a linear-to-circular polarization converter operating in the frequency range of 2.00 to 3.30 GHz was designed with achieving a 52.0%3 dB axial ratio bandwidth. Moreover, within the range of incident angles from 0° to 55°,it maintained a wide 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth and polarization purity.
