Flexural bearing capacity of steel plate with T-shaped stiffener and fiber reinforced concrete composite slab
In order to study the flexural bearing capacity of the composite bridge deck considering the contribution of T-shaped stiffeners, the key parameters were analyzed by using a test-validated finite element model, and the main influencing parameters included the thickness of the fiber reinforced concrete layer, the strength of the fiber reinforced concrete, the thickness of the steel roof, the strength of the steel plate and the diameter of the steel bar.The results showed that the flexural bearing capacity of positive moment increased with the increase of the thickness of fiber reinforced concrete slab, the strength of fiber reinforced concrete, the thickness of steel roof and the strength of steel plate;the flexural bearing capacity of negative moment increased linearly with the increase of the thickness of steel roof, the diameter of steel bar and the strength of steel plate, but not with the increase of fiber reinforced concrete strength.Based on the mechanical characteristics and failure modes of the composite deck, the flexural bearing capacity formula of the positive and negative bending moment regions was studied, the calculation formula of the flexural bearing capacity of the composite deck in the positive moment region was proposed, and the calculation formula of the flexural bearing capacity of the composite bridge deck in the negative bending moment area considering the T-rib's participation in the force was deduced, all of which had a good calculation accuracy.
