基于多层感知器的锈蚀矩形RC桥墩地震失效模式判别方法

钢筋锈蚀会导致钢筋混凝土(RC)桥墩抗弯、抗剪承载力呈现非一致退化,在地震的作用下会引起其失效模式改变.为建立精确的失效模式判别方法,提出了基于多层感知器的锈蚀矩形RC桥墩失效模式的判别方法,利用收集到的184组锈蚀和非锈蚀矩形RC墩柱样本,采用双变量相关性分析确定桥墩失效模式的显著影响因素,建立了锈蚀矩形RC桥墩失效模式的判别模型.通过与传统判别方法进行对比分析,验证了该模型的有效性.结果表明:与传统判别方法相比,该判别方法简化了判别过程,解决了传统方法计算方法不完善、复杂程度高的问题,且该方法准确度高达91.8%,相较于2种传统方法分别提高了33.0%和22.4%.
Seismic failure mode classification method for corroded rectangular RC piers based on multi-layer perceptron
The corrosion of steel bars will lead to the non-uniform degradation of flexural and shear strength of reinforced concrete(RC)pier.Under the influence of an earthquake,it will cause a change in its failure mode.To establish an accurate failure mode identification method,the failure mode prediction method of corroded rectangular RC pier based on multi-layer perceptron was proposed.Using 184 groups of corroded and non-corroded rectangular RC pier samples collected,bivariate correlation analysis was used to determine the significant factors affecting the failure mode of pier,and the identification model of the failure mode of corroded rectangular RC pier was established.The validity of the model was verified by comparing with the traditional discriminant method.The results showed that compared with the traditional discriminant method,the method simplified the discriminant process,solved the problem of the traditional method's imperfect calculation method and high complexity,and the accuracy of the method was up to 91.8%,which was 33.0%and 22.4%higher than the two traditional methods,respectively.
