The Internal Mechanism and Advantages of the Institutional Construction of Chinese Modernization
Institutions play a fundamental,overall and long-term role in national and social govern-ance.From the perspective of institutional logic,"the governance of China",as a dynamic expression of the exploration of Chinese Modernization and the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,contains the Chinese wisdom of human modern institutional civilization,and conveys the Chinese approach of human governance philosophy.Understanding the establishment,improvement,consolidation and devel-opment of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics system from the exploration of Chinese Moderniza-tion,we can find that the institutional construction of Chinese Modernization has a trinity of science,faith and value,and its institutional innovation embodies obvious endogenous characteristics in its theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.At the same time,the institutional innovation in the exploration of Chinese Modernization has realized the successful transformation of institutional resources to institutional joint forces,of the institutional joint forces to governance capacity,and of the governance capacity to gov-ernance effectiveness,which displays the general law of world's specific social form at present,and the institutional advantages,embodied in its institutional mechanism and efficiency,highlight the national base and human height of Chinese Modernization.
