To reveal and present the profound meaning of the theoretical system of Chinese moderni-zation,a prerequisite is to establish the basic framework of the theoretical system of Chinese moderniza-tion.The key to establishing the basic framework of the theoretical system of Chinese modernization is to grasp the unique problem consciousness contained in the theoretical system of Chinese modernization.The"modernization question"of"what kind of modernization do we really need and how can we achieve mod-ernization"is the logical starting point for the emergence and creation of the theoretical system of Chinese modernization,and also the deep basis for establishing the basic structure of the theoretical system of Chi-nese modernization.Based on the theoretical response to the"modernization question",the theoretical sys-tem of Chinese modernization has formed the basic framework of"four plates and twelve parts".The basic framework of"four plates and twelve parts"is highly inclusive,logically integrated and open,so it is rea-sonable and scientific to regard it as the content structure of Chinese modernization theory system.
