Study on the Measurement of the Coupling and Coordination Relationship between Digital Economy and Rural Logistics
The deep integration of digital economy and rural logistics is a strategic choice for the high-quality development of rural economy.The current logistics system is hard to meet the growing demand for digitization,flexibility,and specialization in rural areas.It is urgent to provide"momentum"for the high-quality development of rural economy through the coupling and coordination mechanism with digital economy.Based on the theoretical framework of integration form,subject logic and operational level,the operational mechanism of the coupling and coordination system between the digital economy and rural lo-gistics was clarified in the past.By constructing an evaluation index system and a coupling coordination e-valuation model,this research demonstrated the coupling and coordination relationship between the digital economy and rural logistics in 21 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)in China.The results indicated that the coupling between the digital economy and ru-ral logistics exhibited a positive development trend,ranging from low to high levels and from simplicity to complexity.From the perspective of stratified analysis,the four tiers respectively exhibited trends of paral-lel progress,active driving,balancing forces,and coordinated imbalances in their coupling and coordina-tion.Addressing the differentiated development in terms of coupling and coordination,the adoption of tiered governance strategies could facilitate the formulation of tailored solutions for the high-quality devel-opment of the rural economy.
