Digital identity has changed the basic identity system centred on the resident's identity card;it relies on data and algorithms as its resources and technological structure,associating identity information with technologies and platforms in a mobile society,and its construction process follows both technological and human logic.Digital identity has governance dilemmas at the structural,functional and value levels,including the blurring of public-private ownership rules and governance boundaries,the distortion of the underlying algorithmic technology of digital identity and the problem of"naked life",and the problem of human deep datafication and subjectivity.Based on the decentralized digital identity practice path,it is necessary to reconfigure and coordinate a series of digital identity governance resources and elements such as governance concept,structural design,technology development,and organizational planning.
