摘要

利用转向乳化法和伪三元相图以优化柚子籽油微乳配方,并对其外观、类型、理化性质、粒径及微观形态进行考察。最终得到的柚子籽油微乳由 RH40/Span80/正丁醇/IPM/柚子籽油/去离子水组成,所制备的微乳为 O/W型微乳,亮黄色、澄清透明、流动性好,透射电镜下液滴呈圆球形,大小均匀,平均粒径19.1 nm,电导率329μS/cm,黏度230 mpa·s,折光率1.338 nd,pH值为6.8。

Abstract

The pomelo seed oil microemulsion(PSOM)was prepared using the method of phase inversion and pseudo-ternary phase diagram.The appearance,types,physical and chemical properties,particle size and microstructure of PSOM were investigated.The composition elements of PSOM include RH40/Span80/n-butyl alcohol/IPM/pomelo seed oil/deionized water.Moreover,the obtained PSOM was O/W microemul-sion with bright yellow,clear transparent and good liquidity.The particle size of microemulsion was spheri-cal and uniform under the transmission electron microscope.The mean grain size,conductivity,viscosity,re-fractive index,pH value of PSOM was 19.1 nm,329μS/cm,230 mpaos,1.338 nd and 6.8,respectively.
