聚氨酯丙烯酸酯作为预聚体的光敏树脂的制备及性能

以六官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(B-618)、三官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(DH-317)、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)和1-羟基环己基苯甲酮(Irgacure184)作为组分制备一系列光敏树脂。利用凝胶率测定法对其光敏树脂的光敏性进行了研究。同时,对该光敏树脂的光固化膜进行了力学性能的测试。实验结果表明该光敏树脂的较佳配方为 B-618质量分数28%,DH-317质量分数43%,TPGDA 质量分数25%和 Irgacure184质量分数4%,且固化膜具有较好的柔韧性、冲击强度和拉伸强度。
Preparation of the photosensitive resin with urethane acrylate as prepolymer and its properties
A photosensitive resin was prepared with hexafunctional urethane acrylate (B-618),trifunctional urethane acrylate (DH-317),tripropylene glycol acrylate (TPGDA)and 1-hydroxy cyclohexyl phenyl ke-tone (Irgacure184).The photosensitive property of the photosensitive resin was investigated by utilizing the gel yield method.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties of the UV-cured films were studied.The results showed that the optimum formulation was B-618 mass factor was 28%,DH-317 mass factor was 43%, TPGDA mass factor was 25% and Irgacure184 mass factor was 4%,and the flexible,impact strength and tensile strength of the UV-cured films were good.
