电场预处理对藻菌共生体处理养猪废水的影响机制分析

随着畜禽养殖业规模化集约化的发展,畜禽养殖废水已经成为了农业面源污染的主要来源,但其自身包含大量碳氮磷等营养元素又是重要的农业资源.针对养猪废水高色度浊度、高碳氮磷的特点,引入电场预处理来降低废水的色度、浊度,在促进藻菌共生体生长的同时提高废水中污染物的去除效率.结果表明:电场预处理能使养猪废水中的色度、浊度得到有效降低,铁、铝做阳极时色度、浊度的去除率均能达到90%以上.经电场预处理的废水在藻菌共生体的培养上也有更优的表现,铁、铝做阳极组中藻菌共生体对COD、TN、TP的7 d去除率分别为59.09%、61.78%、68.96%和 62.26%、62.26%、83.92%,优于未经电场预处理组的 47.82%、59.3%、60.48%.此外,铁、铝做阳极组和未经电场预处理组叶绿素含量分别从7.63、7.32、7.37 mg·L-1,增长到24.39、26.08、12.98 mg· L-1,是接种时的3.20、3.54、1.70倍,电场预处理明显提高了藻菌共生体中叶绿素的含量.说明电场预处理能有效提升藻菌共生体对污染物的去除效果,并获得更大的生物质资源,同步实现对废水的深度处理和资源利用.
Influence mechanism of electric field pretreatment on microalgae-bacteria symbionts in swine wastewater treatment
With the large-scale and intensive development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry,livestock and poul-try breeding wastewater has become the main source of agricultural non-point source pollutants.However,it contains large a-mounts of nutrients such as carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus,which are also important agricultural resources.In view of the characteristics of high chromaticity,turbidity,and high carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus in pig wastewater,this study intro-duced electric field pretreatment to reduce the chromaticity and turbidity of wastewater.This method simultaneously promoted the growth of microalgae-bacteria symbionts,and improved the removal efficiency of pollutants in wastewater.The results showed that the electric field pretreatment can effectively remove the chromaticity and turbidity in swine wastewater,and the removal rates of chromaticity and turbidity can reach more than 90%when iron or aluminum were used as anodes.The 7 d re-moval rates of COD,TN and TP by algal symbionts in the iron and aluminum anode groups were 59.09%,61.78%,68.96%and 62.26%,62.26%,83.92%,respectively,which were better than 47.82%,59.3%and 60.48%in the untreated electric field pre-treatment group.Moreover,the chlorophyll content of iron anode group,aluminum anode group and untreated group increased from 7.63,7.32,7.37 mg·L-1 to 24.39,26.08,12.98 mg·L-1,which were 3.20,3.54 and 1.70 times that of the initial inocula-tion amount.The electric field pretreatment significantly increased the chlorophyll content in microalgae-bacteria symbionts.It showed that electric field pretreatment can effectively improve the removal effect of algae-bacteria symbionts on pollutants,ob-tain higher biomass resources,and realize the advanced treatment of wastewater and resource utilization simultaneously.
