QuEChERS/超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定柑橘和稻谷中植物生长调节剂残留

建立了一种柑橘和稻谷中8种植物生长调节剂残留同时测定的UHPLC-MS/MS分析方法.采用QuEChERS技术对样品中 目标物进行提取净化,用MRM模式监测,基质曲线外标法进行定量.在优化条件下,8种植物生长调节剂(矮壮素、烯效唑、氯吡脲、吲熟酯、胺鲜酯、吲哚-3-丁酸、噻苯隆、2,4-D)在相应的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.995以上,样品加标回收率在70.1%~105.6%之间,RSD小于10.8%(n=6).而且样品基质种类和灵敏度优于或相当于现有国家检测标准,同时本方法成功应用于柑橘类水果和稻谷等实际样品中植物生长调节剂残留的检测.本方法准确、灵敏度高,可用于柑橘类水果和稻谷中植物生长调节剂残留的定性和定量分析.
Simultaneous determination of plant growth regulators residues in citrus and unhusked rice by QuEChERS-UHPLC-MS/MS
A UHPLC-MS/MS analysis method was established for simultaneous determination of 8 plant growth regulators(PGRs)residues in citrus and unhusked rice.The QuEChERS technique was used for extracting and purifying the target sub-stances from the samples,with MRM monitoring mode,and the quantification was carried out using a matrix-matched working curve external standard method.Under the optimized conditions,good linearity was achieved for the 8 PGRs in the linear range,including Chlormequat chloride,Uniconazole,Forchlorfenuron,Ethychlozate,Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate,Indole-3-butyric Acid,Thidiazuron,2,4-D,the linear correlation coefficients are all more than 0.995,with recovery ranging from 70.1%to 105.6%with the RSD below 10.8%(n=6).The sample matrix type and sensitivity are better than or equivalent to the existing national testing standards,and this method has been successfully applied to the detection of plant growth regulator residues in citrus fruits and unhusked rice samples.The above results show that the method is accurate and sensitive,and can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of plant growth regulators residues in citrus fruits and unhusked rice.
