一种水杨酰胺—罗丹明衍生物比色荧光双重响应识别铁离子

设计合成了一种基于水杨酰胺—罗丹明衍生物RB-SA用于多种信号响应识别铁离子,通过1H NMR和13 C NMR对其结构进行了表征.研究表明,该探针在水相中可对Fe3+的比色及荧光双重信号响应识别.在Fe3+的诱导下,探针RB-SA的螺内酰胺环由闭环转变为开环,在560 nm处出现新的吸收峰并且溶液颜色由无色变为红色.同时荧光信号开启,在587 nm处荧光强度随着Fe3+的加入呈线性增强.探针RB-SA对Fe3+表现出高的灵敏性,基于荧光光谱滴定数据最低检测限LOD达到10.3 nmol·L-1,络合常数为1.03×104(mol·L-1)-1.
A salicylamide-rhodamine derivatives for colorimetric and fluorescent sensing of iron
A new salicylamide ethyl rhodamine derivatives RB-SA for multiple signal sensing of Fe3+was designed and syn-thesized,and its structure was characterized by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.RB-SA shows colorimetric and fluorescent dual signal response toward Fe3+over other tested metal ions in aqueous solution.With the addition of Fe3+,a new absorption peak appears at 560 nm with the color of the solution changing from colorless to red,which can be attributed to the spirolactam ring of probe RB-SA changing to the open form.Simultaneously,a new emission peak at 587 nm was observed with the fluorescent color chan-ging from dark to red emission.Probe RB-SA shows a high sensitivity toward Fe3+with the low detection limited(LOD)of 10.3 nmol·L-1,and the binding constant of 1.03 × 104(mol·L)-1.
