摘要
本文通过对先秦诸子及其后历朝历代关于君臣关系的理论阐释、争论及发展脉络的介绍,结合当前我国领导干部工作实际,分析现代领导者科学处理好上下级关系、干群关系的做法与要求。
Abstract
The author of this paper has introduced the monarch relations from the perspective of various schools of thoughts during the Pre-Qin times and the later dynasties in ancient China, which provided some implications for leaders in modem time to deal with scientifically various relations such as the senior ＆ junior, officials ＆ masses.
