摘要
人力资源是决定企业生存与发展的特殊资源。企业人力资源管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分。本文阐述了人力资源管理在企业中的作用,并通过分析当前我国企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出了我国企业人力资源管理的对策。
