摘要
文章从比较的角度探讨了发达国家推行教师绩效工资制的现状以及经费来源、绩效评价技术、绩效薪酬分配结构等几个基本要素,分析了绩效工资制引入教育机构的成效和限制,希望能为我国义务教育阶段教师绩效工资制的顺利推行提供一定的参考价值。
Abstract
The author of this paper has discussed the implementation of teachers＇ achievement pay n developed countries, analyzed the success and limitations in its introduction into educational institutions, and proposed related implications in China.
