摘要
＂经济人＂假设是＂公共选择理论＂的主要前提,其基本观点是从＂理性经济人＂假设出发推导出政治领域公共权力主体行使权力的自私性,从而为制约公共权力提供理论的依据。这对我们改革现有中国职业教育管理体制有着非常重要的指导作用。
Abstract
The assumption of Economic Man is the major premise of Public Choice Theory, in which the fundamental view is deducing the selfishness of power-exercise, based on the assumption of Rational Economic Man of the subject of public power in political realms, and therefore, provides theoretical grounds for restricting public power, which will serve as an essential guidance to the reform of the present vocational education administration systems in China.
