摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来及高校就业制度的改革,＂双向选择,自主择业＂已深入人心。但由于体制、观念等众多因素的影响,大学生就业思想表现出一些偏差。就业思想教育集形势政策教育、思想政治教育和心理教育于一体,是大学生素质教育不可缺少的组成部分;加强大学生就业思想教育具有重要意义。
Abstract
The author of this paper has discussed the significance of ethic education of the college students in that it is a dispensable part of quality educations for them to get effective employment.
