摘要
高校公共艺术教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。我国高校公共艺术教育整体上还处于低水平状态,根本原因在于各高校以及各级领导未能充分认识到这种教育对培养新时代优秀大学生的基础性作用。高校公共艺术教育具有完善大学生美育观,强化大学生德育,增强大学生心理健康,激发大学生创新思维等诸多功能。
Abstract
College arts education is an important element of quality education for college students and is of critical significance in shaping a sound personality of college students. In the process of arts education in colleges and universities, we must give full play of the moral, aesthetic, intellectual functions, promoting students to form a harmonious and sound character.
