五年制高职学生厌学的心理疏导方法探究

摘要
对624名五年制高职学生的调查结果显示:55.1%五年制高职学生有较为明显的厌学情绪和行为。动力型、学障型和外因型原因导致的厌学显得比较突出。厌学是一个学习心理问题,应该采取相应的心理疏导方法来解决:运用认知疗法,形成对自我和学习的正确认知;通过积极暗示法,提高自我效能感;运用行为疗法,培养良好的学习习惯;通过意象对话技术,培养积极情绪;通过家庭疗法,创设积极的家庭环境;通过团体心理辅导,激发学习动力,改善学习方法。
Abstract
Findings from a survey of 624 vocational school students indicate that 55.1% of them have obvious emotions and behavior of learning-weariness. It is prominent that most learning-weariness results from the type of motive force, learning disability and external causes. Learning-weariness is a psychological problem in learning, so we should take the following proper methods of psychological persuasion to solve them: we can use cognitive therapy to help students build up correct recognition of self and learning; we can use positive suggestion to promote sense of self-efficacy; we can use behavior therapy to form a good learning habit; we can use imagery conversing technique to cultivate positive mood; we can use family therapy to create positive family environment; we can also use team psychology counseling to stimulate learning motivation and improve learning methods.
