摘要
数字图书是伴随着数字压缩技术的发展而出现的一种新型知识载体,具有广阔的发展空间。由于立法滞后,数字图书的发展引发了一系列的法律问题,如果不解决好这些问题,就有可能出现数字图书发展无以为继的局面。
Abstract
The digital library is a new type of knowledge carrier,which,emerging with the development of the digital compression technology,has a broad development space.It,however,faces a series of legal difficulties on account of relevant legislation lagging behind.If not well resolved,they may result in an unsustainable digital library.
