高校践行阳光体育的教学修正与机制分析

摘要
阳光体育教学是高校体育教学工作的一个重要环节,从阳光体育教学的内涵出发,阐述了阳光体育教育目前开展中存在的问题,并着重分析阳光体育教学如何从传统体育教学机制中走向真正适合高校学生且符合青年身体发展需要的方向。最后对阳光体育教学的持续发展机制进行了详细的分析,进而引出此项教学的理论和现实意义。
Abstract
