摘要
通航产业是未来区域经济发展的新赛道.自 2010年低空开放政策出台,多省将通航产业作为新增长点,但由于产业基础以及市场差异,各地通航产业发展成效不一.为探究通航产业选择的影响因素,运用DEA模型和Tobit模型,对通航产业链上游研发制造环节、中游服务保障环节、下游运营环节 29家上市公司全要素生产率进行测度,分析各环节效率影响因素.结果表明,通航产业链上游综合效率最高,其次为中游,下游综合效率最低;内外环境因素对不同环节企业综合效率影响情况有所差异.依据上述模型,对具有制造优势的江西进行了通航产业链产业选择分析,并给出了具体选择建议.
Abstract
The general aviation industry is a new track for regional economic development in the future.Since the introduction of the low altitude opening policy in 2010,all provinces have built the general aviation industry as a new growth point.However,due to industrial selection and market differences,the development results of the general aviation industry in various regions are different.In order to explore the relevant factors of industry selection,DEA model and Tobit model are used to measure the total factor productivity of 29 listed companies in the upstream R&D and manufacturing link,the midstream service guarantee link and the downstream operation link of China's navigation industry chain.And the factors affecting the efficiency of each link are analyzed.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of the upper reaches of the navigation industry chain is the highest,followed by the middle reaches,and the comprehensive efficiency of the lower reaches is the lowest.Furthermore,internal and external environmental factors have different effects on the comprehensive efficiency of enterprises in different links.Based on the above model,this paper analyzes the industrial selection of the navigation industry chain in Jiangxi,which has manufacturing advantages,and gives specific selection suggestions.
