Specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"little giant"enterprises have always played important role in economic and social development.These enterprises represent a vital pathway for small and medium-sized enterprises to become"hidden champions",and they are a driving force for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,supplementing chain,consolidating chain and reinforcing chain.The scale of specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative"little giant"enterprises in Jiangxi province has been growing steadily,but compared with the cultivation experience of German"hidden champion"enterprises,there are still some problems in the four aspects of innovation,industrial clusters,financial support,the introduction of talent training.Jiangxi Province urgently needs to pay attention to the investment in innovation and research,continue to improve the innovation capacity of enterprises,and strengthen the quality and brand building;establish a system for fostering and promoting industrial clusters and a cluster cooperation agency with multi-organizational participation to promote the integrated development of enterprises;broaden financing channels,enrich investment and financial methods,and relieve the pressure on enterprise funds;optimize the education system,improve the mechanism for cultivating and introducing talents,and consolidate the foundation of professional talents.
