土工格室加筋沥青混凝土制备与抗裂性能研究

为提升沥青道面的抗裂性能,在现阶段建筑材料稀缺的背景下,采用普通材料组合的方式利用土工格室加筋延长道面使用寿命.采用静压成型的方式,通过自主设计模具制备土工格室加筋沥青混凝土梁试件,而后进行室温(15 ℃和30℃)下的弯曲蠕变试验,分析土工格室加筋对沥青混凝土抗裂性能的影响.研究结果表明,土工格室加筋可以抑制反射裂缝的扩展,延长弯曲蠕变试验中恒定荷载作用下沥青混凝土的弯曲蠕变过程,降低弯曲蠕变速率.
Research on Preparation and Anti-cracking Properties of Geocell-reinforced Asphalt Concrete
Under the background of current scarcity of building materials,this study explored the use of geocell reinforcement to extend the service life of asphalt pavement by combining common materials and improve the cracking resistance of asphalt pavement.In this research,the method of static pressing was used to prepare geocell-reinforced asphalt concrete beam specimens through self-designed molds,and then the bending creep tests at room temperature(15 ℃ and 30 ℃)were conducted to evaluate the effect of geocell reinforcement on the crack resistance of asphalt concrete.The results show that geocell reinforcement can inhibit the expansion of reflection cracks,prolong the bending creep process of asphalt concrete under constant load in flexural creep test,and reduce the flexural creep rate.
