新型纤维素乙醇原料保障体系及经济分析

New feedstock logistics and its economic analysis of cellulosic ethanol production

为解决北方某纤维素乙醇生产企业的原料收储问题,文中基于该地区特点提出以农业剩余物固体成型为核心的新型原料收储路线,并初步设计整个原料保障体系运作方式;同时根据建立的收储经济评价模型,对新旧原料收储路线下纤维素乙醇原料的收储运及生产过程进行经济分析,探讨了燃料乙醇规模扩张时的盈利情况以及影响因素.分析结果表明,新型收储路线大幅度简化了原料收储方式,具有运输半径合理、存储条件要求低、潜在效益较佳等优势,适宜于保障规模化燃料乙醇的生产.
A new assurance system of feedstock logistics and the whole storage system by granulation technology had been established based on regional character,to solve material purchasing and storage of bio-ethanol production in Northern China.The original and new feedstock logistic routes were analyzed on the aspect of feedstock purchasing,storage and transportation by an economic evaluation model.Furthermore,the model then analysed the cost and gain by the effect of expanding production scale.The result showed new feedstock logistics hold a potential benefit of economic cost,shortage and transportation,by greatly simplifying feedstock logistics,which were suitable for large-scale straw fuel ethanol production.
