蛹虫草菌丝体多糖提取工艺研究

分别采用热水提取、碱法提取、微波提取和超声提取4种方法进行蛹虫草多糖提取.以多糖提取率为指标综合比较4种提取方法,得出超声提取方法最优.通过单因素和正交试验优化超声提取条件,得到超声提取蛹虫草多糖最佳工艺参数为:超声功率511 W,超声时间40 min,超声温度50℃,料水比1∶40,在此条件下进行验证试验,多糖提取率达到15.48%.
Optimal Extraction Technology of Polysaccharide from Cordycepsmilitaris Mycelium
Four extracting methods, including hot water extraction method, alkaline extraction method, microwave extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method, are used to extract polysaccharides from Cordycepsmilitaris mycelia respectively. Extraction yield of crude polysaccharides as an indicator to comparing four extracting methods comprehensively, it shows that the optimal extraction method is ultrasonic extraction method. The objective is to optimize ultrasonic extraction conditions by a single factor synthesis and an orthogonal test, the results show that the optimal formula of ultrasonic extraction is ultrasonic power 511 W, ultrasonic processing time 40 min, ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃ and solid-water ratio 1 : 40, the yield is 15.48% under optimized conditions.
