Goat milk is the favor of consumers for its high nutrional value and the smaller fat globule and lower lactose content than milk. Currently, the diverse kinds of products made from goat milk are related to food, healthcare products, cosmetics and other industries all over the world. This paper introduces the present development situation of goat milk products to aim to illustrate the development prospects of goat milk, and points out the main factors that hinder the development of goat milk industry in china.
