Research Progress on Function and Preparation of Bioactive Peptides
Bioactive peptides belong to a multifunctional factor which derived from protein.Bioactive peptides have improved immunity,antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-fatigue,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and cholesterol-lowering,high food safety,easy digestion and absorption,which is one of the research focuses of currently international.This paper reviews the species and physiological functions,preparation and research progress of bioactive peptides,in order for the bioactive of peptides to provide reference for further research and application.
