野樱莓果实提取物抗氧化性研究
Antioxidative Activity from Extracts of Aronia

摘要
采用乙醇水溶液提取野樱莓果实中的抗氧化活性成分,试验确定的最佳提取条件为提取温度50℃,料液比1∶5(g∶mL),乙醇体积分数80%;在此条件下总黄酮含量为6.8%.通过体外分析体系(包括清除DPPH·和还原Fe3+能力分析体系),研究了野樱莓提取物的体外抗氧化活性.试验结果表明,野樱莓提取物对DPPH·具有较好的清除能力,有一定的还原Fe3+能力,野樱莓提取物具有一定的抗氧化活性.
Abstract
Extracts of aronia is got and the suitable experiment conditions are 50 ℃,5 mL/g and 80% ethanol.The content of total flavonoids are 6.8%.The antioxidant activities from extracts of aronia are investigated by employing several external assay systems,including scavenging of DPPH· radical and Fe3+ to Fe2+-reducing.The extracts of aronia shows effective Fe3+ to Fe2+-reducing and scavenging of DPPH· radical.Extracts of aronia have antioxidant activities in vitro.
