The Influence of Different Storage Conditions on Physiological Property of Hongyang Kiwifruit
The influence of different storage conditions on physiological property of Hongyang kiwefruit from Fenghuang county of Hu'nan province are performed,including reducing sugar content,soluble solid content.The results show that,after salicylic acid or 1-MCP treatment,the reducing sugar content,VC content and hardness of kiwefruits are significantly change during different storage time,especially between 20~30 days.In addition,these two treatments are able to keep the color and anthocyanin of Hongyang kiwefruit.
