转基因抗病棉花基因类型及原理研究进展

中文摘要：评述了几丁质酶基因、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因、葡萄糖氧化酶基因和天麻抗真菌蛋白基因等抗病基因的抗病机理及其在转基因抗病棉花中的应用,并分析了抗病转基因棉花研究目前存在的问题,为进一步研究转基因抗病棉花提供方向.

外文摘要：The mechanisms of several important diseases resistant genes about chitinase,β-1,3-glucanase,glucose oxidase,gastrodia antifungal protein and theirapplications indevelopingtransgenic diseases resistantcotton are summarized.Meanwhile,the existing problems and developing tendency of the transgenic resistant cotton are analyzed and discussed,provide the direction for further research on transgenic diseases resistantcotton.
