Study on the Extraction of Triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum and the Antioxidant Activity of its Prepared Liquor
Tri terpenoids,the active components of Ganoderma lucidum,were extracted from the fungus by organic solvent extraction method,and the optimal process parameters were obtained by single-factor and orthogonal experiments.Furthermore,the antioxidant activity and stability of the liquor prepared with Ganoderma lucidum tri terpenoids were also investigated.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature of 75 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶35,ethanol concentration of 75%,and extraction time of 2.0 h.Under these conditions,the highest yield of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids was 1.15%.The scavenging rates of DPPH,hydroxyl radicals,ABTS+·and Fe3+reducing power of the liquor were 85.2%,36.8%,63.5%and 0.965,respectively,indicating that the liquor prepared with Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids had good antioxidant capacity.This paper provided theoretical basis for the development and application of quality-controllable liquor prepared with Ganoderma lucidum tri terpenoids.
