Study on Residual Levels of Glyphosate and Aminomethyl Phosphonic Acid in Tea by Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was studied for the determination of residual glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethyl phosphonic acid in tea.The sample was extracted with water, purified by MCX solid-phase extraction column, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using MRM monitoring positive ion mode and internal standard method. The result showed that the correlation coefficients of glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethyl phosphonic acid were all greater than 0.999,with quantification limits of 0.03 mg/kg.The recovery rates of glyphosate and aminomethyl phosphonic acid were 106.0%to 111.3%and 96.0%to 106.3%,respectively.This method had high sensitivity, good accuracy, was more reasonable and conducive to operation, and was suitable for the detection of residual levels of glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid in tea.
