茶叶中草甘膦及其代谢产物氨甲基膦酸残留量液相色谱-串联质谱法的研究

研究了茶叶中草甘膦及其代谢产物氨甲基膦酸残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法.样品用水提取,MCX固相萃取柱净化,采用MRM监测正离子模式进行定性及内标法定量分析.结果表明,草甘膦及其代谢产物氨甲基膦酸的相关系数均大于0.999,定量限均为0.03mg/kg,草甘膦加标回收率为106.0%~111.3%,氨甲基膦酸加标回收率为96.0%~106.3%.该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,更加合理,有利于操作,适用于茶叶中草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基膦酸残留量的检测.
Study on Residual Levels of Glyphosate and Aminomethyl Phosphonic Acid in Tea by Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was studied for the determination of residual glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethyl phosphonic acid in tea.The sample was extracted with water,purified by MCX solid-phase extraction column,and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using MRM monitoring positive ion mode and internal standard method.The result showed that the correlation coefficients of glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethyl phosphonic acid were all greater than 0.999,with quantification limits of 0.03 mg/kg.The recovery rates of glyphosate and aminomethyl phosphonic acid were 106.0%to 111.3%and 96.0%to 106.3%,respectively.This method had high sensitivity,good accuracy,was more reasonable and conducive to operation,and was suitable for the detection of residual levels of glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethylphosphonic acid in tea.
