Analysis of Factors Affecting Tobacco Purity and Countermeasures
Tobacco leaves,as the raw material for cigarette products,directly affect the quality of cigarette products based on their grade and purity.This article focused on the current situation of tobacco grade purity in Pingdingshan City and the factors influencing it.By treating the enhancement of tobacco purity as a systematic project,it identified key issues and considerations in the primary links from production to purchase.Through the establishment of a scientific tobacco production technology roadmap and the implementation of lean management and other improvement measures,it addressed key factors restricting the improvement of tobacco grade quality,and proposed methods and measures for enhancing tobacco grade purity.
