黑木耳营养价值丰富、口味鲜美,具有较好的食用价值和药用价值.在前人研究的基础上,通过阐述黑木耳常见营养成分及提取方法,总结黑木耳具有的抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、抗辐射、抗凝血功能,为黑木耳保健产品的开发和应用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Auricularia auricula is rich in nutritional value,delicious taste,and has good edible value and medicinal value.Based on the research of the predecessors,this paper expounded the common nutrients and extraction methods of A uricularia auricula,summarized the antioxidant,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,anti-radiation,and anticoagulant functions of Auricul-aria auricula,and provided a theoretical reference for the development and application of Auricularia auricula health products.
