作为具有食用历史悠久的传统天然植物,杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides)近年来开始被国内关注和利用.杜仲富含天然活性成分,包括黄酮类、环烯醚萜类、苯丙素类、木脂素类、多糖类、多酚类化合物等,且具有较强的药理作用.长期以来,在中国传统医学(TCM)中,杜仲当作药物及民间饮品等使用.目前,杜仲皮以传统药用为主,杜仲叶、雄花、果实在食品领域中均具有广泛应用.对杜仲的活性成分和药理作用进行梳理分析,总结归纳了杜仲不同部位在食品领域中的应用.
The Active Ingredients and Pharmacological Effects of Eucommia ulmoides and the Application of Its Different Parts in Food Field
As a traditional natural plant with a long history of edible,Eucommia ulmoides has been concerned and utilized in China in recent years.Eucommia ulmoides was rich in natural active ingredients,including flavonoids,iridoids,pheny-lpropanoids,lignans,polysaccharides,polyphenols,etc.,and has strong pharmacological effects.Eucommia ulmoides has long been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as medicine and folk drink.At present,Eucommia bark was mainly used for traditional medicine.However,Eucommia leaves,male flowers and fruits were widely used in the food field.This paper mainly analyzed the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Eucommia ulmoides,and summarized the application of different parts of Eucommia ulmoides in the field of food.
