Research and Practice of PAD Class Teaching Mode Based on Case-oriented Teaching:Taking Food Quality Management and Control as an Example
The Food Quality Management and Control is one of the core courses for university students of food majors.In order to overcome the problems in the actual teaching process of the course and improve the teaching effect and students'participa-tion,this study explored the application of case-based PAD Class teaching mode in the course Food Quality Management and Control by building a case resource base with current food safety hot issues,and proposed countermeasures to further improve the teaching quality of professional courses and promote the cultivation of high-quality food professionals.
