Case Analysis of Agricultural Product Processing and Storage Course in the SPOC Teaching Mode
The topic of agricultural product processing and storage is a core course for graduate students majoring in agricul-ture,covering subjects such as the development and utilization of agricultural products,as well as the preservation of fruits and vegetables.It holds significant importance in cultivating students'basic scientific literacy.This research aimed to explore a case analysis of the application of the SPOC(Small private online course)teaching mode in agricultural product processing and storage.By implementing a hybrid teaching approach based on SPOC in the course,we analyzed the characteristics of the course,explored the potential for curriculum reform,and identify directions for further optimization.Additionally,through the analysis of specific cases,we summarized the experiences and shortcomings in the implementation of the course,providing a reference basis for better meeting the needs of students and promoting the improvement of teaching quality.
