外文摘要：Food Engineering Principles is one of specialty courses in food engineering professional certification.In the context of engineering education accreditation,it applied the online and offline mixed teaching mode to the teaching process.Through rich teaching contents,online and offline mixed teaching mode,virtual simulation teaching method,subject competitions,the students were cultivated with engineering practice and comprehensive quality,innovative thinking and independent resolution of complex projects.
